Gorgeous Tanzy hasn’t had the best start to life, living most of her life in a cage. But she is getting used to being inside a house and seeing things like ceiling fans etc. Tanzy can’t work out that her reflection in the TV is not another dog and often looks behind the tv and over the top and she does this with windows and doors.
She currently is fostered with a chihuahua and a greyhound and a young child who she likes following around. Tanzy enjoys meeting other dogs and greets them with a sniff and a wag of her tail.
Tanzy just loves playing her toys, especially the squeakers. She also loves a chase and a run in the yard with the other greyhound. Tanzy likes to “souvenir” things laying on the floor and take to her bed. (including floor mats, door stoppers, shoes, blankets etc, but she is learning not to take the big stuff.
Tanzy likes to take strolls in quiet areas as she is still getting used to cars and bikes and can startle at unexpected noises. Tanzy doesn’t pull on the lead and learning quickly but can buck around on the lead if frightened by something.
She’s a lovely girl who is learning quickly and will flourish in a loving and understanding home.
